I like how your animation begins - with the bird already out of the clock - it sets the bird's situation up very quickly - and his desire to stay out in the public view - however, I wonder if you need to set things up, so that when the audience first encounters the bird, he is parading around, 'working the crowd' - and then, he is dragged back into the clock - you really need to ensure that the 'conceit' aspect of the bird's character is communicated first in order to establish the bird's motivation.

Thanks, I will try to make it more noticable, I think he needs more character/ Swagger for his introduction.
